1、 Features

2、 Application field
It is widely used in automobile industry, electronic and electrical industry, industrial parts, sports goods and other fields. For example, it is used in the production of automobile airbag cover plate, automobile intake pipe, roller skate wheel, high and low temperature resistant wire sheath and silent gear. In the field of automobile industry, this product has been successfully adopted by Hyundai Motor and Kia Motor.
1. Antenna
Its excellent resistance to external environment, ozone, UV and weather can reduce the loss of signal reception, and its excellent hand feeling is a better choice for car antenna and mobile phone antenna;
2. Engine intake pipe
The method of processing intake pipe usually adopts 3-D or negative pressure blow molding, which is a molding technology of making long hollow pipe with relatively simple and low-cost mold. The convenient and simple installation and processing technology make TPEE widely used in the production of this part. Blow molding can reduce the number of components and the installation process, so that the cost of components is less than the traditional rubber solution;
3. Transmission shaft dust cover
TPEE polyester elastomer has the following advantages over neoprene in the application of dust cover: a, reducing the weight by 50%, shortening the molding cycle by 90%; b, excellent chemical resistance and fatigue resistance; c, low centrifugal expansion rate; d, recyclable; e, ozone resistance;
4. Airbag housing
KEYFLETPEE-S series products can meet the following requirements when used in the automobile airbag shell: the rigidity required from - 35 ℃ to 85 ℃, no crack and debris when opening, can ensure that the system is fixed in place, the shell can withstand the impact of the front end, 15 years service life, can be sprayed, and does not affect the function;
5. Automobile fuel steam pipe
Excellent chemical resistance and low fuel permeability, 1163D and 1172D can be used for fuel steam pipe;
6. Hydraulic pipe
In this application, TPEE is mainly used to strengthen the inner layer of the pipe. Its excellent oil resistance makes it have a service life of nearly 6 years. At the same time, it can easily reach the SAE100R7 standard under the working environment of 60-80 ℃;
7. Inflation tube
TPEE is also better than PA11 and TPU in terms of excellent pressure resistance, creep performance and spiral resilience, and is very suitable for gas-filled spiral tubes;
8. Air brake pipe
The truck brakes through the air brake pipe, and the air brake pipe made of TPEE conforms to ISO7628 standard;
9. Sealing cover
Chemical resistance and weather resistance make it used to seal automobile structural parts to prevent corrosion. It has better performance and longer service life than other elastomers.
